Refund Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a Paid to Watch subscription. It applies worldwide and respects mandatory consumer rights in your country.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 days of a purchase, for any reason, by emailing support@paidtowatch.app with the email address used at checkout. See our Guarantee page for a summary.
2. EU/UK withdrawal right
Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. You can lose this right for digital content if you start consuming it with prior express consent and acknowledge that the right is lost — which the checkout asks you to confirm. This does not affect the 7-day guarantee above, which we honor regardless.
3. How to request a refund
- Email support@paidtowatch.app with the subject "Refund request".
- Include the email used at checkout and, if possible, the date of the payment.
- We confirm within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method.
4. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are submitted immediately. Banks and card issuers typically post them within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider. Subscription renewals are refunded the same way if requested within the 7-day window of that renewal.
5. After a refund
Refunded purchases lose access to the course, tools and progress data tied to the membership. Your account stays active so you can subscribe again later; you can also delete it entirely from the Account page inside the app.
6. Cancellations are not refunds
Canceling stops future charges only. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded unless you also request a refund within the windows above. You can cancel at any time from your account.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — refund requests are handled quickly and without dispute. Chargebacks filed while a refund request is open may delay resolution.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. Where local law gives you a longer or different refund right, local law prevails.
