Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Paid to Watch processes your personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: full name, email, WhatsApp number and password (stored encrypted).
• Learning data: lessons viewed and completed, and questions you send to the AI coach.
• Payment data: purchase status, amount and email received from our payment processor (Stripe). We never receive or store your card details.
• Technical data: essential session storage needed to keep you logged in.

2. Why we use it (legal bases)

• Performing our contract with you: creating your account, granting course access and tracking progress (art. 7, V).
• Your consent: sending you messages about the course by email or WhatsApp (art. 7, I). You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligations: keeping payment records required by tax law (art. 7, II).

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the service: hosting/database, the payment processor (Stripe) and an AI provider that generates answers to your questions. We never sell your data.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is erased, except payment records we must keep by law.

5. Your rights (art. 18)

You can confirm, access, correct, export, anonymize or delete your data and withdraw consent. Most of this is available directly in Account inside the app ("Download my data" and "Delete my account"). For anything else, contact us.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections, encrypted passwords and access controls so each student can only see their own data.
